Bio: I have a passion for nearly all forms of exercise! Most definitely Pilates, the Gym, Weight lifting & studying Yoga with the aim to write a book on how changing your mindset can change your life! Lover of Photography, Digital art and Blogging Oh yeah, and I just happen to have Multiple Sclerosis, Fibromyalgia, Chronic pain & Chronic fatigue as well! Which means I exercise in the morning to help manage my pain & then fall asleep in the afternoon! My aim is to inspire and be inspired, to continue to be strong and continue to be confident! I may be slow at blogging but that is only due to my MS. As with everything, I'll get there eventually!
